Chicken Livers and Mushrooms, in sauce of ginger, cream and marsala, piled into phyllo and almond pastry cases
Pork Loin, pot-roast with pancetta and radicchio di treviso, served with peas a la creme
Raspberries in Passito jelly, with a creme anglaise flavoured with passion fruit
