Heatwave dinner


 

Dinner, in the courtyard. Where it's marginally cooler - or we persuade ourselves that it is, at least.


Stuffed aubergines.

Boned Chicken, stuffed with herb butter, served cold with tarragon sauce; fennel gratin.

Semifreddo of Bergamot and Amaretti, with a raspberry sauce.

I'm being slow to catch up. That setting looks so special. Hope your weather has cooled somewhat. Your pear clafoutis looks delicious. After two years of isolation I'm finally ready to have friends round - it will be on the menu. Thank you for your comment in response to my news about Vita.
