I've just cooked this for a Friday night supper...delicious! Roasted with baby new potatoes and balsamic pickled onions in the roasting dish and what a treat! Accompanied with a Paul Jablot Aine Cornas 1999....perfection. Merci mille fois... c'est formidable. One for the recipe book.
